Welcome to the 3rd Pediatric Cancer Research and Precision Medicine (PCR-PM) Conference in Oslo the 23 to 24 of October, 2023.

We would like to provide a venue for all the scientists working in the field of pediatric cancer research and precision medicine to share their knowledge and experience on this 2-day conference in the beautiful city of Oslo.

Key note speakers

• Dr. Bastiaan Tops (Princess Maxima Center for Pediatric Oncology, Bilthoven, 
  Netherlands).
  
• Prof. Dr. Per Kogner (Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden).
  

The primary objective of this meeting is to stimulate national collaboration and facilitate interaction between researchers and clinicians working with pediatric cancers. The overall goal of the network is to promote pediatric cancer research of high quality in Norway. The conference shall mainly include talks from the two invited international speakers and research groups working in pediatric cancer in Norway. This conference shall provide excellent opportunities for collaborations and networking and open new ideas and avenues in the field of pediatric cancer.

The 3rd Pediatric Cancer Research and Precision Medicine Conference will be held at Oslo University Hospital Rikshospitalet (Oslo) from October 23 to 24, 2023.

Purpose

• The purpose of this meeting is to stimulate national collaboration and facilitate interaction between researchers and clinicians working with pediatric cancers. 
• The overall goal of the network is to promote pediatric cancer research of high quality in Norway. 
• The conference shall mainly include talks from International speakers from the field of Pediatric Cancers.
•  Also, individual research groups working in Pediatrics Cancer Research in Norway will present their projects. 
• This conference shall provide excellent opportunities for collaborations and networking and open up new ideas and avenues in the field of pediatric cancer. 

Important information

• Location:  Oslo University Hospital Rikshospitalet, Sognsvannsveien 20, 0372 Oslo.
  
• There will be no conference fees due to generous support from the Norwegian Childhood Cancer Society, the Children's foundation Oslo University Hospital and the Oslo University Hospital.
  
• Lunch and coffee breaks are provided on day 1 and day 2 (registration required)!
• If you wish to attend the key note lectures only, no registration is reqired .
• Dinner will be arrangement at Centropa (www.centropa.no) the fancy restaurant at the Deichman Library (Oslo Public Library). 
  (Dinner is at your own expenses, registration and prepayment is required) 
  
• Accommodation at your own initiative and expenses.
