Regional Research Support is part of Research Support Services at Oslo University Hospital and provides services for everyone involved in research in one of the hospitals belonging to South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority (HSØ). As part of HSØ, you are welcome to contact Research Support's departments or employees for advice and guidance.

Regional Research Support offers advice and services in the following areas:
- Clinical trials – monitoring, data management, statistics and GCP
- Statistics, study design and methods
- Health economics
- Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs)
- Registry support and biobanks – planning, starting up and managing of research registers and research biobanks
In addition, we provide research administrative support within:
- External financing - advice and guidance
- Research collaboration and agreements
- Research law, privacy and ethics - general advice
- Reporting of research activities
- Industry initiated trials and industry collaboration - advice and guidance
Regional research support also offers courses in all subject areas. We also undertake more tailored courses by agreement.
